Knitting Accessories A completely new, freshly designed range of accessories will be launched this March at the Stitch and Craft Show at Olympia II, 18-21 March 2010. Here's a small taste of what you will see there! Traditionally long Turkish wood needles hand-painted using an ancient art technique. Details to be revealed. Hand-knitted Turkish slippers designed by The Knit Box to have a modern look and made by the local community of women. A completely new range of stitch markers with a Harem style, made using metal, glass,  semi-precious stones and original evil eye glass beads. Handmade cards and tags. Made by our local community of artisans, these have all been made using traditional Turkish art techniques. Handmade buttons shaped from famous Iznik clay and handpainted with both modern and classic Iznik tilework designs.
